What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, your service list, the towns you cover, contact details and photos you have permission to use. We’ll talk through the rest on the intake call.
Which package fits my business?
A landing page puts the essentials in one place. The 5-page site gives services, gallery, about and contact their own pages. The sample sites show how each approach can feel.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You register the domain in your own name and account. You own it, and we help connect it to the website.
How do changes work?
2 rounds of changes are included. Review the first draft and send your notes together so we can work through them. If you need more, we’ll discuss the scope with you.
What does the care plan cover?
Hosting, small edits and keeping the site running. Think contact details, a service description or a photo swap. Larger additions are a separate conversation.
Can people use the site on a phone?
Yes. We build the layout around clear text, easy navigation and tap-to-call links, so a homeowner can find your services and contact you from their phone.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
You use your own AI account (we don't sell AI usage).

Claude Code (recommended) opens the whole folder as a working brain. Use it in a ChatGPT project, as Gemini saved instructions, or in a Grok project (or paste the instructions in).
In ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok, you get the instructions, the memory file and the wrap-up handoff. The chat app doesn't update your memory file for you, so the assistant hands back memory updates for you to paste in.
